When “I”-LLNESS becomes “WE”-LLNESS

We heard the word “EGO“, which starts from “I” only. Try to observe today, you will surprise to see that when we are talking to somebody, we are using the word “I” maximum time because we want to show that we are the only person, who can do this or do that, else nobody is expert at least in my circle.

Just to surprise, even when we don’t accept that we are suffering from EGO, we have a simple excuse by saying that we do not have any other word to describe this, else how can somebody understand, what we are saying.

This is the fact, If someone does not want to be corrected, nobody can correct himself.

Well, when we are ill, the word itself starts from “I” and when we are well, the word itself starts from “WE“, when we observe this, don’t you think this gives us a grand opportunity to understand the solution of the problem of the whole universe. The only thing is we need to leave “I” and become “WE“. And the problem solves.

People only want to understand, what they have in their typed mindset, and they want to change themselves only and only when the same situation comes in their life, and then suddenly the prescribed solution becomes valuable to them.

My way to the office, I used to go to have my breakfast from nearby restaurants daily. I used to watch, one old lady beggar, asking for money, from everyone. I used to bring an extra breakfast packet for her and offer her breakfast and request her not to ask money for everyone. This is not a good practice, you should ask for work, instead of money.

I remember last week, one day when again I saw her to do the same practice, I went to her and told her how much money she required. She didn’t say a word and started staring downwards to the ground. I pulled out my wallet and offer her all the money that I had at that time. And told her, I have given you all that I had.

From the next day onwards, I could not find her there. I took a sigh of relief when I saw her to start her own work, selling fruits in a basket.

Illness becomes Wellness, but the bottom line is it needs effort and will power.

Some 795 million people in the world do not have enough food to lead a healthy active life. That’s about one in nine people on earth.

The vast majority of the world’s hungry people live in developing countries, where 12.9 percent of the population is undernourished.

Asia is the continent with the most hungry people – two-thirds of the total. The percentage in southern Asia has fallen in recent years but in western Asia, it has increased slightly.

Sub-Saharan Africa is the region with the highest prevalence (percentage of population) of hunger. One person in four there is undernourished.

Poor nutrition causes nearly half (45%) of deaths in children under five – 3.1 million children each year.

One out of six children — roughly 100 million — in developing countries is underweight. One in four of the world’s children is stunted. In developing countries, the proportion can rise to one in three.
If women farmers had the same access to resources as men, the number of hungry in the world could be reduced by up to 150 million.
66 million primary school-age children attend classes hungry across the developing world, with 23 million in Africa alone.
WFP calculates that US$3.2 billion is needed per year to reach all 66 million hungry school-age children.
